(abbrev.)Techy One-Up. Spotting an elementary error of a technical/nerdy nature made by a colleauge who really ought to know about that sort of thing, and the subsequent gloating over one's own cleverness. Multiple TOU's can accumulate in a point scoring system to decide who is the saddest.
