Crusty
adj.
Negative word used to describe someone of an undesirable nature with outwardly dodgy appearances. Also used to talk about any negative experiences.

That girl Paul had his tongue down all night was really very crusty. Or, I ate this steak pie, and found half a fly in it. It was really crusty.
