This is a word that was used on secretaries' day to replace secretary.
The reasoning behind this was secretary has a derivative of sec and implies secondary status.
The secretaries we are familiar with are nothing but first-rate, therefore deserving of their own designation.

If you haven't passed that through my firstratary before I've seen it, you have wasted your time.
