A blending of spit and blech! to describe the thing you do when you open wide and drop a mouthful of partly chewed food onto your plate in disgust.
Often pronounced sort of Germanish, as shpleck, and sounds best if you pretend to do the deed as you say the word. Don't spit! Simply open mouth and push out with tongue.

If thine meat fat offends thee, splech it out!
