Used when relating to another person non-essential talk or events that took place at some other time.

Most likely derived as a mispronunciation of blase, but with the spirit of that word kept intact.

So, I say to him, like, how was your date and what did you do? And he says to me, Well, you know, we went to bar, had some drinks, blahzee-blahzee, talked about, you know, music, movies, blahzee-blahzee, and she says, like, blahzee-blahzee, and it was a great evening. So I say, Glad to hear it.
